HEAVENLY INCARNATION: LORD BUDDHA

Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without. Lord Buddha We are in the lovely orb of influence for the great inflow of Spiritual Light upon the Earth as we approach the Wesak Festival of the Lord Buddha. The Scorpio Full Moon occurs this Saturday, May 5, at 8:35 pm PDT when the Moon is at 16°01′ Scorpio and the Sun is opposite at 16°01′ Taurus—the Wesak Full Moon. Taurus, an earth sign, is concerned with the building of the soul temple on the inner planes, wherein the soul’s interior place is one of exquisite beauty, symmetry, harmony, and serenity. Scorpio, a water sign, is associated with the invisible depths and secret wisdom of life, those inner mysteries that, when unfolded, bring transformation and illumination of consciousness. It was the Compassionate Buddha who demonstrated in his life and teachings the Path of self-renunciation and the attainment of God Consciousness. His way was to move inwards to the center of one’s being and thus in absolute stillness and silence behold the Light of Love. In this quietude of eternity within the heart, we come into the Omnipresence and sacred Universality of all life. At this spiritual level, the peace of Oneness pervades—the place of God’s eternal Love. The way is not in the sky. The way is in the heart. Lord Buddha Master Souls, like Buddha and Jesus, who came before us but whose vibrational templates of (Christ) perfection remain immanent, are equally our own spiritual heritage and birthright. The Master Jesus assured us that, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believes on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” (KJV 2003) The Spiritual Emanations of these Great Ones are even more available than normal at these “receptive” times of the annual, Sacred Festivals, like Wesak and the upcoming Summer Solstice, when in the great silence, our hearts sounding a personal keynote of love, we join with a vast gathering of souls all radiant with the Light. We gradually hear the hum of Cosmic Unity—Aum, Aum, Aum, Aum, Aum, Aum… The Light blazes forth to bless all life with the peace of God. In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true. Lord Buddha This Heavenly Outpouring of Light will reach its “Wesak” peak as the Moon waxes to its fullness on Saturday. Then, the powerful influx will gradually wane over the next few weeks. A few days after the Full Moon, on May 9, Mercury (planet of the mind), will enter the placid sign of Taurus. This is yet an extra planetary boost that will encourage a simpler, quieter, natural rhythm. Enjoy the pleasures of nature or time spent walking, in the garden, or communing with animal companions—all ways that connect us to the timeless and enduring. In the midst of daily life, remember and experience, as often as you can, the tranquil joy and increased spiritual sustenance that is available now from quiet retreats in the heart.
